It&#8217;s a kind of spinning, but more fun. It has<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>all kinds of extra exercises,&nbsp;such as push-ups and exercises with weights. Rocycle is&nbsp;a full-body workout, during which, you are&nbsp;accompanied by exciting beats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strength and cardio in one training with HIIT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. As the name implies, this is an intensive way of training that alternates between cardio and strength training.&nbsp;A HIIT exercise&nbsp;is therefore good for a total workout that you can enjoy doing in a group setting, which provides&nbsp;extra motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kickboxing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kickboxing is a great way to get rid of stress.
